All records have a number circled in ballpoint in the top right corner of the back cover. If we do play a record, we will let you know of any noise in our description. Generally, we do not list records below EX- condition unless it is exceptionally rare. We do not recommend audiophiles bid on records in less than NM- condition. Our grading standard is as follows. Mint is only used for sealed records or records that we are certain have never been played. Near Mint or NM is for the most part as good as it gets! No marks and will play clean with no noise unless inherent in the pressing. EX+ Will generally have one or two minor flaws, but will overall be near mint. EX or Excellent will have light surface marks and some background noise. EX- Overall an Excellent copy with light surface marks, but with something that distracts, like a small scratch that makes a few pops. VG+ Consistent background noise, pops but should not skip or stick. Still a playable copy. VG has many problems. Noise will dominate. May have quite a few pops and possibly a skip. VG- Will likely have a skip or two and will be very noisy. G = Our lowest grade and is actually a poor record.
